Assembly was minimal as described. No spanner was provided. One of the screws didnt fit out of the 16 screws. Can be used as it was secure enough I thought. Lesser hassle than returning. Three of the customers replied to my question "can I buy prefixed with wheels", saying that theirs were supplied with the wheels on them ready to use. That is why I bought. So there is inconsistency in the supply. Either a strong lady or a man can do easily but not for old people with arthritis and no strength in their hands.

Does the job

Despite following all instructions and tightening the bolts with a torque wrench, when using on paved ground outside, the vibration seems to loosen the bolts. The wheels came off, the metal fixing on the wheels bent. Just useless
